Will this legendary server catch up to live servers and then after be updated in sync with live server? If so what is the rate legendary server is being updated every 3 months still?

Will we see a fix on the Serrated Edge trait for beorning red line, the 3rd rank doesn't work as described and instead of adding 100% damage to bleed it reduces the damage by 21-22%

So this trait has not been working correctly for a while now, I posted about this almost a year ago and it still has yet to be fixed.
