If you do a character transfer what happens to bound to account items that are in the characters inventory or storage like a unused valar or vxp?

So the gauntlet box after level 50 and your first LI will no longer give a set of gauntlets but reforge the LI for free up to level 130. Is this correct? Thanks

Aren't the gauntlets the Brawlers weapon?

The expansion key features says.
"Get a set of gauntlets that level when your Brawler does, all the way to level 130!"
Still confused if they are or are not new LI's. Why take Non-LI to level 130...
