Ressource management should be one of the most important aspects of playing a MMO. So any change to power where it will matter again will be a good change.
Meanwhile in reality 573k is incredible low.
Red mini does at least 100k more on dummies, if not 140k :rolleyes:

Leveing is incredible boring on live servers where you can pull 15 mobs and aoe them or one shot single mobs.
Adding landscape difficulty NPC we have on legendary servers would make leveling a bit...
The only good thing about legendary servers is the landscape difficulty NPC.
Other than that you migth as well play on a live server and find people that wants to do content step by step.
LOTRO does have issues and yes, navigating maps is one of them.
The biggest issue is not having enough group and raid content though.
I mean the servers are hosted by daybreak.
EQ1, EQ2 and PS2 have had lag issues ever since they moved the servers to a cloudservice many years ago.
