you can remove quests from the tracker by right-clicking on the quest. I assume we'll still be able to do that when the max increases to 10. So you can customize how many quests you want to see

If you have an existing bridle, an old LI, I would definitely keep it and use it. The new bridles are a stopgap measure for players who never got a bridle.
