I've only played LM as one of my primary characters since Hobbit LMs were added recently, though I've done T2-3 raid and instance content at cap for a while now. So grain of salt on my comments here....

ISWYDT
He said the patch notes would be out this afternoon, and they are, and they answer all those questions.
Update 35.1 Release Notes | The Lord of the Rings Online (lotro.com)
OOOH! This is exciting! Can't wait to see what the new options are.
Pelargir is the only one that has any significant risk of failure. DoMT and Hammer basically complete themselves. I think the siege towers are the only thing the NPCs don't do for you.
I did Sagroth T2 with a PUG last night and had no problem. A couple deaths on the boss, but no wipes.
It is definitely nice to have Instance Join open from these quests, but the ring spam is certainly not. Thanks for the quick response.
Go read the April Fools chicken play thread and you'll understand. People go to absolute pieces these days over minor inconveniences that they don't expect, even in a PvP zone.
I always hated the turtle gear, but this armor set is very nice, especially with that helmet!
What about copying the leaf-rustling particle effects from Find the Path onto creeps with March on? That way it's a visible effect but not an immersion-breaking eyesore.
Thank you. :)
Well, it looks like we got the name of the new Gondor region:
King's Gondor, as opposed to Steward's Gondor, I suppose. Still undetermined how much of the existing maps it will cover, and how...
Since you're going to be tinkering with them anyway, can you finally put a note on War-chant that says it adds threat? Currently it doesn't say it does, but it definitely adds threat and puts the red...
All excellent changes! Thanks for listening to our feedback on the first iteration of the system. Looking forward to trying them out soon.
For leveling efficiency, nothing beats the Forsaken Inn. There are about two dozen quests, including the epic chapters with Candaith, that all target a handful of mobs in a small area - wolves,...
Funny that the first bit of "evidence" in the video is that "TBDCLASS" falls between Champ and Guard in the Fellowing UI class list, even though none of the rest of the list is in alphabetical order:...
You come at the king, you best not miss.
And what about Creeps? There is no system outside the Moors whereby players could engage in activities that would benefit Creeps in the Moors. It would certainly be lore-breaking for our main...
That's why it was a mini-xpac that only cost $20 for the base version instead of the usual $40.
OMG! That's going to take some getting used to. Rivendell has been almost entirely the same for...
I know it's a small thing, but I want to commend the team on consistently coming up with instance names that have unique acronyms. With dozens and dozens of instances, battles, and skirmishes now,...
Love all this very much (especially the Beorning note).
HOWEVER
I hope content, especially high tier instances, will be rebalanced with the idea that classes can't go full-tilt for entire...
To be clear, this event requires you run 3 or 4 instances for 12 days. That's 36-48 instances to acquire 1 item and 1 tracery token (that you probably don't have enough script to use anyway). On my...
Very much this.
Raid gear and festival teals have been account-bound for years now, and it's been universally lauded as an obviously good solution in an alt-heavy game like this. Why change now?
It's rude to want something? They didn't say it's the only change they hope happens.
