Before, you could trait sprint down to a 2 min cd. Now, you can only trait it down 30 seconds to a 4:30 CD. I feel like this really might have been an error... it should have been -1, -2, -3...

Make sure you also complete the salvage armor from warg riders quest for Oter at Edsig's farm, along with everything else there. You have to manually loot the bodies, the armor doesn't auto-loot. ...
