Just completed Enmity of Wolves III to get the +5% club damage bonus. But when I slot it, I'm not seeing a 5% increase on the tooltip for my melee skills. Is this racial bonus broken?

The +9.55% from the melee weapon is part of the total amount shown on the Press Onward tool tip. I verified this by unequipping my melee weapon and the amount on the tool tip dropped accordingly.
