I did the Galtrev instance to help me level up at the time. Also they help you level up your LI's.
But like the above posters have mentioned they are adding new rewards that should make them more...

First of all, which other rings you referring about? I'm guessing you're talking about ordinary rings e.g. Ring of Barahir and not other rings of power !!
