It takes RKs about five seconds to ramp up very near its max damage cap. It's not a "delayed damage" class. The only dps spec you could really call delayed damage in this game is Guard, and Guard...

Game tolerances and class balance has to be much more tight to balance a raid like that.

No one is saying nerf all dps. We're saying that the dps specs need basic balance, which means bringing rk and warden down to the others as a starter.

T2 mobs have higher resist as well, and the new raid has mobs going up to level 108. Definitely a good idea to get that finesse, not just for the damage increase but for debuffs too.

And all you need is ~10k finesse. Most of those legacies are bugged and a waste of space anyway.

Damage nerfs will help fix Wardens when it comes to group content, as well as hurting soloing. Balance in group content is 100x more important than soloing content anyway, in terms of priorities.
