Because there are dungeons which required some conditions (resistance, traits,...). These requirements asks to farm mobs, to kill a boss, to visit another instance, etc. and inevitably... To gain XP...

I totally agree with this idea. The leveling should be slow down

I know WinterStar, but I think that the two threads are different :

"Leveling in LOTRO its very very fast..slow it down a bit!" is not "Feature to stop levelling"

You think that we give us an item like that of Rise of Isengard (multiplier of XP by 0 versus multiplier of XP by 1,25) need more developpement than the remaking of all (current and future) keeps......

It could have been a good solution, but I think that these "remaking" are sloppy. For example, Helegrod visit at the level 65 is (too) much easier than Helegrod visit at the level 50. Moreover, today...
