TBH pick the traits you like best before you hit moria,

Things like leafwalker are worth traiting as soon as you get them as is cunning attack and swift and subtle as these help boost your damage....

The reason strategem became a stealth skill was due to the amount of people involved with the beta asking for it. I personally think it was a good trade of against the sub par skill upgrades we got...

Personally I dont have a problem with HIPS dumping aggro, the thing I have trouble with is creeps spam tracking me as soon as I HIPS with tracking clickies (once was tracked 8 times at the same time...
