I think we have had a kingroup once the last two weeks, and we certainly don't group up to hunt down soloers.
Besides, I doubt small kin-/tribe-groups are whats causing the main problems here.

Have Bard's Arrow traited, and also trait Strong Intimidation for +5s duration.
