The debuff is 10sec Duration and vt got 40sec cooldown.
every 5 sec you can lower the cooldown of vt by 5sec with every punctuad target.

if you do that all the time the cooldown is around 20 sec...

SS was just rng.I did like 500 runs at lv105 and never got a agility hilt for my burg/hunter.
the reason we farmed the instance was not the loot more that it was a cool 6man with quite good...

I Play burg since lv 65,i got 1 on r15,one on r12 and like 3 other burglers in pvp.
They are the strongest of all classes.


And i Play Hobbit and men burg,mostly men tho.

Burgler is the strongest of ALL classes in pvp since lv 50!
stealth,evade,knives out,a lot off insane cc and huge burst+ really op bleeds.
