I disagree. Mits should be part of a warden rotation, esp since the last update. For me it makes warden play way more interesting. Esp since you can decide, do if you wanna buf tact mits or phys mits...

You forget the buff to mitigations to the Guardian with Rohan+ and that back in the day you could not easily cap mits...... So basically all the fights you listed, have been done with ~65%...

Bossfights will always require cooldowns management from the tanks (otherwise bossfights are boring/badly designed) . If you would buff the warden to a point, where he does not need cooldowns/panics...

I can agree on all points, even the prioritizations.
