I don't think he understands that with all of the quest gear at lvl 115, the best you can get to is about like 100 (give or take a little) light.
This isn't enough to 'do the content' like Seregost...

However, the problem here isn't about lootbox keys being sold. Its about whats being placed IN the lootboxes that make them more attractive, and how much more painful it will be...

In all fairness, any raid that's been tested so many weekends on BR doesn't need an 'Original Challenger of' title, that title should be reserved for things not open on a preview server to work out...

If it's bound to account you can use it on any char on that account. It only matters if you have multiple accounts, but yes, it's complete and utter garbage.
