Burg sets seem pretty underwhelming... Trickster having reduced cooldown just means no downtime for 2 tricks, unless the interaction lets you stack a third trick for a few seconds.

I spoke with the Dwarf organizer in order to advance it. So the hobbit organizer is broken for that quest.

I did two instances and had the same problem both times. Couldn't turn in the side quests at all.
