The new maps are much, much better. As much as I like the "idea" of the old maps (their nostalgia, how they look like maps of old, etc) they're not useful or practical.
Please overhaul them all...

I never said it was a Nvidia card or video card specific issue. The Nvidia callout is related to the fact it is a guide for Nvidia cards. Furthermore, folks who used the guide stated that it improved...
If you have a Nvidia card, this guide might be helpful to slightly mitigate the texture flicker problem.
