They make these changes so the game has a different flavor to it and so math nerds have something to do. Figuring out new caps and builds,its pretty obvious.

creepside is easymode since last 2 updates. especially fotm weaver stalker and defilers.

Where does it say the lvl cap is being increased?

The only reason I play freep now is because it's more challenging. Will probably switch back to creeps next update when freeps are once again op.
