Not a fan of HS leg, even if traited red. HS sucks and there are huge opportunity costs to HS

you forgot to mention traiting stealthy shot which lowers your hate by 10%, the same as endurance stance.

Even with the changes to fate you are still better off going for raw crit. Fate is more useful for pve hunters looking for the massive boost to icpr.

I'd also like to point out that PM does have a soft cap when damage output reaches 100% ( or ~32k) After that point ever point of PM has diminishing returns.
