Mounts that give cosmetic equivelants for the warsteed are stored in the UI panel for the warsteed, they are not an item in your inventory that...

It is most certainly possible to vary individual pieces.. the Warsteeds have seperate cosmetic slots for neck, legs, tail, gear, body and saddle. Can have as much or as little slotted as you want.

To the original OP's post, there are some things that only get revealed when people do the unexpected, or as I'll give an example, where different teams may be working on similar things and only once...
