I haven't been in EM lately, but the PvE seems to do ok. I see a lot more people around now than pre-U13 and there seem to plenty of runs going on. Though there doesn't seem to be much variety in...

On Gilrain there are at least 2, the one I'm leading included, so it must be the same on other servers.

So let me get this straight... Concerning the books we get to assemble for our legendary traits from lvl 39 will still be there, as well as our lvl 45-50 class quest. We will just get points to use...

Also if you are using for example Visa Elektron Card ( have no clue what that kind of card is called elsewhere.. )
When you get to choose what kind of a card you are using, don't pick Visa, try...

I had a problem after Rohan came out that I couldn't read Globallff chat eventhough I was logged into the room. I had to join globallff channel...
