When i launch LOTRO today, it says "Connecting to patch server".
After 5 seconds is says "Failed"+ "An update error occured. Server connection timed out"

What can i do?

I'm about to create a Human Captain.
To be able to create a proper background story for i need to know more about LOTR than i do,
which is almost nothing. So of course it will soon...

Good point, i might actually do wanna play on a lower populated server then...
Even if there's no ping advantage to EU servers, I'd still like to play on a server where
i can find groups for...

I hope i will! I will try to find a fitting kinship, and I will give this game at least a month of play time,
