Okay, since other people have funny or joke outfits, I'll share mine. I did this "Little Red Riding Hood" outfit as a joke to tease a friend. I hardly use it (I really like the outfit I posted earlier in this thread). But it is my outfit #2. The armor is a random drop and the cloak is just a plain crafted cloak (can't recall the name of it).
BTW, would someone please tell me the the lore reason hobbits wear shoes. I would really like to know
EDIT: I wonder why my picture is so fuzzy... I changed the settings to ultra high

Vilya's Ambassador of Happiness, Goodwill, and Fuzzy Kittens' and Somesuch!
I worked for a long time to get an outfit for my guardian. It was dyed grey until White Dye appeared (yay! armor that looks like it's made of metal!).
Thuryn Ironstones, Guardian
The outfit is:
Carn Dum Breastplate
Dwarf-Iron Leggings
Dwarf Steel Gauntlets
Burnished Dwarf-Make Knight Shoulder Guards
Shield Bearer's Boots -- I wish this last piece would dye a little whiter, but I console myself thinking the reddish tint is stains from all the orc & goblin blood he's waded through in his adventures.
Milo Thorncobble, Hunter
Barefoot Hobbits unite! Who needs stinky shoes, anyway?
This is a Forester's Hauberk, dyed olive and there's a Fine Quiver over his shoulder.
Oswyn of Dale, Loremaster
The robe is a Survivor's Robe, with Twisttongue's Cloak and the shoulder piece Goluranc (all quest pieces from Moria).

The lore reason behind some hobbits wearing shoes is because some Stoorish hobbits would wear dwarf-make shoes when working in the fields and in the rain and mud. So, in my opinion, only Stoorish hobbits can wear shoes and only if they are dwarf-make. Another fun fact; Stoors were the only hobbits able to grow beards.

My Hobbit hunter on Safari
.
Well, as Yankeeman stated, the Stoors of the Eastfarthing were known to wear boots in bad weather. The evidence for this appears in the Prologue to The Fellowship of the Ring entitled Concerning Hobbits:Of course, the Shire-hobbits often had blood from each of the three strains, as they soon intermingled with one another:As for the Hobbits of the Shire, with whom these tales are concerned, in the days of their peace and prosperity they were a merry folk. They dressed in bright colours, being notably fond of yellow and green; but they seldom wore shoes, since their feet had tough leathery soles and were clad in a thick curling hair, much like the hair of their heads, which was commonly brown. Thus, the only craft little practised among them was shoe-making; but they had long and skilful fingers and could make many other useful and comely things.
[. . .]
The Hobbits of that quarter, the Eastfarthing, were rather large and heavy-legged, and they wore dwarf-boots in muddy weather. But they were well known to be Stoors in a large part of their blood, as indeed was shown by the down that many grew on their chins. No Harfoot or Fallohide had any trace of a beard.Pay particular attention to the fact that the Tooks were noted for being primarly Fallohidish in nature. Remember also that Bilbo's mother was a Took (Belladonna Took). The reason this should be noted, is because Bilbo provides another example of a hobbit that wore shoes, at least on one particular occasion. The boots are never mentioned in the text, however, they do appear in Tolkien's illustration of Bilbo's "Conversation with Smaug".In Eriador [the Fallohides] soon mingled with the other kinds that had preceded them, but being somewhat bolder and more adventurous, they were often found as leaders or chieftains among clans of Harfoots or Stoors. Even in Bilbo's time the strong Fallohidish strain could still be noted among the greater families, such as the Tooks and the Masters of Buckland.
Addressing the apparent discrepancy, Tolkien wrote in Letter 27:There is in the text no mention of his acquiring of boots. There should be! It has dropped out somehow or other in the various revisions – the bootings occurred at Rivendell; and he was again bootless after leaving Rivendell on the way home. But since leathery soles, and well-brushed furry feet are a feature of essential hobbitness, he ought really to appear unbooted, except in special illustrations of episodes.
So, it's more than reasonable for a hobbit to wear shoes (or boots) in bad conditions or while on adventures. Of course, before returning home, they'd generally want to go back to being barefoot, since it is "a feature of essential hobbitness".

My Hunter
A friend and I posing.
Thank you both! This was really bugging me (I couldn't even find the answer on the internet... then again maybe my search was poor). I did read that part, but somehow I forgot about Stoor hobbits and mud. My version of the Hobbit had no pictures either.
Jilla is a Fallowhide, so I guess I am good with no shoes/boots (and at the same time was good "with" wearing boots in Forochel).
