Weatherstock VI is almost here!
The concert will be Saturday, June 14, 2014 at Weathertop (Amon Sul) in the Lone Lands!
10 bands will play and compete!
Band Registration begins Monday, May 19th!

i was there and had a wonderful time i was dancing around in my hd cosmetic armour up front on the rock, and had wonderful time .

This kin passed a milestone recently and has now reached 1020 total membership! We are all amazed over how this kin has matured, providing a social atmosphere to enhance game time. And the best part is that we still take applications!

The "Lonely Mountain Band" of Landroval is a rank 10 kinship established in March of "08". Present membership is now over 1100.

Galenhir, Our founder, Plays in a Celtic music band and is a member of the Prestigious Tolkien Society. He contributes heavily at A Casual Stroll to Mordor, and Middle Earth Network.org. Byrcha and Lhinnthel are our co-leaders.

Do you want to find a kin with a good foundation of mature family friendly chat, friendly social interaction in game with help available for questing and crafting? While we are now a large and active kinship we have many who just want to belong and play at slower pace too. Are you a EURO player? We welcome you!

WEATHERSTOCK is our flagship event! In fact, it is the largest player event in LOTRO! A yearly "Battle of the Bands" in a multihour marathon at the summit of Weathertop. It has grown from 100 attendees to over 900 last year. This based on a software program recording different names of all who used chat function during the 8 hour event. We are planning something very special this year and will announce if approved.

We are the kinship that founded the "Ales and Tales" weekly rp event (300 plus weeks running) and the "Nibbles and Nobs" party for the early attendees. Also we intermingle with many other fine kins in their various events. This is an open event and a great place to get your RP "feelers".

Speaking of music, we actually have 2 CDs available of original Middle Earth music produced by our founder! "OLD WINYARDS" is our house band. The "BBB" Troupe, an interesting and sometimes rogue traveling film and music show resides here. And look for the "Anduine Ensemble" among our ranks!

"Windy Acres Ranch" is a new and exciting horse related venture run by our own Kiralynn. Among other things, we are kept posted of the latest in horse availability, and all horse racing events.

LMB owns 6 neighborhoods!

End game play is regularly run, but we do not specifically raid for gear.
