I know a lot of people are very excited about the update that is coming up soon.

I thought I'd compile all of the articles and images that LOTROWeekly is posting of things on Bullroarer.

Woah. I was not aware that we were getting new armour sets in update 2. Are these from the new instances? Also, are we getting First Age 65s with update 2?

Did not think it was this early for FA 65s.

Yes, there are different Tiers of sets for the instance cluster with this update, although they all cosmetically look the same. Didn't check out how many tiers, but will look into that soon.

Supposedly First Agers drop from the raid, though I don't think anyone has completed it yet so it's hard to say.

But arrrg,that means most of my skins will be re broken again but now I see why Frosty hasn't been in touch with us lately.

Not sure about your skins (I don't use them personally, no offence!), but I have tried two different skins so far and they both seem to be fine.

The character panel looks worse, imo. Awful, if you include the upgrade buttons. The current panels work and look absolutely fine.

Disappointed in the lack of support for UI modding and the perception that panels are being made uglier for the primary purpose of incorporating big upgrade buttons that wouldn't fit well in the old ones.

And we are being forced to use the carat now to get to panels? My UI is broken very nicely. I'm just speechless.

Those sets all look the same and look kind of bad, except for Guardians... I guess that's a rohirrim-ish look but eh, I was hoping for some sort of cool ranger-style/Dunedain sets since we aren't in Rohan yet. Will have to see how they mix with BG (since I think BG cosmetics look awesome, at least for captains and RKs).

And as far as the new Character Panels go, I dislike them, I'd much rather have the old one back.

I kind of figured we'd get 5 cosmetic outfit slots, but I was hoping for 10 or more.

Still, 5 is much better than 2, so definitely be buying those. And hopefully they will sell enough that Turbine will add more down the road...
