Hello Silverlode, I hope everyone has been well and still playing the game. I have been away for a while, off doing other things. Just decided to start playing again and am currently downloading all the updates and files. Should be up later today (lots of files..) lol. Anyways, just wanted to wish everyone a happy HELLO... and hope to hear from some old friends along with meeting some new ones. See you soon....

I have run a Kinship since the game began and have met some wonderful people along the way. We had a good run and since I haven't been playing now for about two years, the Kinship disbanded and everyone went their different ways. Now that I am back this is what I am looking for, and I am sure I will find something.

I am in my late 30's now and have a family so life will always come first. I have a number of alts ranging from 20-75 currently and I will be leveling my runekeeper first to the max level. The game is beautiful so I like to take my time to enjoy as much as the game has to offer. Enjoy crafting, exploring, and helping others along the way also. Not looking to run a Kinship since I don't have that kind of time anymore, but am always willing to help recruit and help the lower level members when possible and if the Kinship wants me to do so.

Haven't had much experience in the Raiding and Monster Play part of the game due to time restrictions, but am willing to try once in a while; but the main world and questing is my main interest. Not into roleplaying, but if the Kinship does that I am ok with it. I am looking for a well rounded Kinship who doesn't mind my slower pace of game play, and doesn't require me to Raid daily, hourly..etc... Basically looking for a fun, mature, and friendly Kinship to socialize and have fun with.

You're welcome to check out Durins Kin, whose slogan is "Dedicated to the retaking of Moria." I'm not the kin leader myself, just an officer, but I'm a bit of a cheerleader for the kin and how the leader takes a bit of a backseat and doesn't try to dictate how the kin is run, only offering encouragement and support to members when they need it. The result is that we're friendly and have an organic group structure.

It was formed almost a year ago.

Almost all of the kin's characters are under level 60, with a consistent bunch of people coming on but not in big enough numbers to do 12-man raids (yet). We do plenty of 6-man instances though, some skirming, crafting help, etc. I have the highest level character that's currently active at level 75.

So it's not the biggest kin on Silverlode, but if that suits you then you'd be more than welcome. And incidentally I personally understand your limits b/c of family - I'm in my mid-thirties and mostly play at night (eastern EU time) after my kids go to bed. So I can relate.

Welcome back Tim. I was a long time member of Lord of the Iron Hills. Krisreean, Ashendale, Gohrot, Kristeena, Taladago... Hope all is well. I will look you up on line. A few of the old kin are in our kin, but most are doa or have not been on in a long time. We will catch up in game.
