Thanks Deni.. I think we need runspeed buffs most importantly lol, and a route that's relatively short with low risk of agro.

Yeah I was thinking something along those lines. Perhaps a few timed runs to see which route is quickest without any run-speed buffs. Then plan the main fellowship to ensure we have plenty of speed buffs available.

But when you're in combat you lose the hunter buff and the last time i did that run with a low level char i noticed npcs attack you even if you're not that near, i would put in main group 3 cpts (yellow) + 1 guardian (blue + sw legacy) + 1 hunter (blue) and be sure it's all players with stable and fast enough connection.

While I will probably not be able to be online for the event, 2 thoughts that may prove useful:

Maybe add one captain (20s make haste duration) to the escort group, to keep running speed up if by any chance you end up in combat for a bit (this works if IC time is more than 4s over the next 20s).

While it may be more difficult to coordinate, would it not be better to have scouts and escort in different groups? -> less chance of getting in combat.
A problem could be that, being in combat more often, the scout group will slow down compared to the escort.
A possible solution for that could be to have 2 separate scout groups - both coffeed up- and switching roles between active sweeper and simply co-runners,
having always one scout group running faster than the escort.
