I just came back to the game last week. I find that my Mini is still using low level Instruments and he's level 33 now. I don't craft in mmo's. I used be able to buy what i needed from the AH but its useless if your character is blow level 50 for anything. If anyone is will to help please let me know and i will pm you. I use four Instruments for different encounters
