We're supposed to be able to transfer today, but my wizard doesn't give me an option of transferring toons from Nimrodel. It only shows Riddermark, a place where I've never had a toon.

I was assuming that Nimrodel hadn't been turned on for transfers yet, as there has been no confirmation that it is now available
