i wasn't attempting to troll LOL. just pointing out a fact. freeps did what smegg does every night: raid up, take buffs, and OPs, and camp everything waiting for him to show up so we can call it out to every freep in the moors. it took 1 week of doing that for him to decide to officially quit.

I'm sorry you feel that way, I have great respect for you as a person and a player who knows how to play their warg. But I don't think you were around for the escalation of this feud, and I'm sure anything you heard has been skewed to fit the viewpoint that they had nothing to do with it.

It started with attacks on my leadership skills by smegg and a few other of his cronies whenever my groups would wipe, and moved to personal attacks by most of creepside once I started wiping them. You weren't around when Fnak called me a crackwhore and pedo (among other things) because he died in a PVP zone. You missed Sulrat's death threats because he got banned for profanity in OOC when he died in a PVP zone (something I had nothing to do with). You missed Fnak bashing my skills as a hunter, accepting a challenge to a 1v1, and then having his warg buddies jump me when it was clear he was outmatched. You missed numerous accusations of exploiting with nothing to back it up, even when asked for proof (proof I haven't seen to this day); nobody has told me even what I am accused of exploiting, just "you are an exploiter". I informed the leadership of the kin this was unacceptable, but it continued, so I got down on their level, and after I got booted from tribe for wiping smegg and using creative tactics to split creep forces in osgiliath (pretty childish reason if you ask me), there was no reason to stop. It's funny to me that it's OK for them to name call and throw around baseless accusations, but when I respond in kind, I become the bad guy. Any time I would go creep after I started freeping, I would be told to go back to the other side, I am not wanted there, even when creeps clearly needed all the help they could get. It gets old after a while, and I see no reason to keep the high ground if they aren't going to stop.

Don't get me wrong Turine, both sides suffer from 'hive mentality'. Nowhere did I say only freeps suffer from it, I said 'A hive mentality'. Unfortunately there seems to be a rather large amount of it on Vilya and its completely detrimental to the action and community.

You and I have both been around long enough to know that it is possible to play one faction without burning every bridge to the other.
