New feature in version 1.10:
Now you can automatically create an itinerary (i.e. travel plan) like the following:

and use Waypoint to guide you to all of the locations in sequence.
All you have to do is go to a page like this on lotro-wiki, and open the Walkthrough section, which has a list of locations. Then you just select that entire list and copy it to the clipboard:Singed page #1: Dâr Mauzur [58.8S, 12.1E]

Then go to your Reminders window, right-click on any Tab, and choose "Create Itinerary...". Paste this text into the window, and voilà.
You can click on the calculator icon in the "Distance" column heading to calculate the distances from your current location. Then you can sort on that column to help plan your route.
If you have the Waypoint plugin installed, you can click the arrow icon next to each location to set the target for Waypoint.
