Raiders Beneath the Shadow recruiting

Hey all!

I am Olebenny, leader of Raiders Beneath the Shadow. We are a raiding kin born and raised in the days of Throne, persisting through Abyss, and conquering Anvil. I have personally been on a break for a few months but am back hanging out again. As we settle in for the year we are looking to expand our raid roster to run Amdan Dammul and Remmorchant + all the other lvl 130 content and the occasional older scaled content! Hoping to find some new people that simply enjoy raiding in a somewhat serious but relaxed and social environment.

When do we group?
-We start grouping normally around 8-9pm EST (server time)

What do we do?
-PvE broadly speaking, any and all 3mans and 6mans along with raiding of course. And yes this expands to older content including stuff like OD, BG, BfE, LT, Dungeons, BB's etc etc etc.
-We are not a PvP kin by any regards but there are the few people who occasionally go out there. I wear my r3 on my main proudly!

What are we looking for?
-Currently anyone that is not a 1 dps class only player. Some variety esp for dps is needed.

What do you use for communication?
-We have a discord server set up that we use for grouping along with out of game contact/letting people know when I plan to be online and what we are aiming to do that evening.

Any specific requirements?
-Must be able to use Discord, no need to use your own mic, just need to be able to listen and can type in game.
-Be willing to take constructive criticism, I consider myself and people I associate with far from "elitist" but I will still give you some advice should I deem it necessary
-Want to be part of a mature raiding group that does not stress itself with world first completion or the competition around it
