Tolkien 2019 (Birmingham UK, 7-11 AUG) - LOTRO players meetup?

The (UK) Tolkien Society (https://www.tolkiensociety.org/) are hosting a big birthday (50th) bash in Birmingham UK from the 7th to 11th August. There's a great line up of speakers, workshops and evening events.

Just an idea, but I thought it would be nice if there were fellow LOTRO players who are also TS members or even just attending the event to have a little get-together at some point, so we can put faces to names etc.
