I'm a returning player who plan to use Stone of the Tortoise to block my XP at level cap (20, 25, 32, 40, 50, ...) to do old content at level cap, with no rush.
I look for a kin with enough people who are interested.

I saw Carefree and Slowtro are doing this but it seems to have not many people connected, or are already in HL zones.
I saw Everlasting Hope with many low levels, but it seems to have too many people to know each other.

Is there a kin on Evernight with enough people, which could help me from the beginning, to plan each instances at level cap ?
