Blemished Symbol of the Elder King

Hi, I have been away for awhile and on return have been trying to obtain Blemished Symbols of the Elder King (well several actually for my characters). I have been running two man Pel and HD every day on various characters (time consuming and thoroughly disliked), I am wondering if they still drop in 2 man BB's. I understand that war bands are one way except there are no groups that I can see, I do join groups when they are very occasionally advertised, but with the diminishing population I have not seen a group to join apart from six man Pel and nothing from those. It seems like no compensation is given to the fact the population is now such that groups are seldom advertised. All the time, effort and expense....

Update: Yes they do drop in two mans, although a little slow.
