Can anyone confirm or deny if burglar healing from relish and bob/weave was actually improved after U30? There was no mention of improving relish in battle but apparently bob/weave had its pulses changed? Was hoping maybe they up'd the heal too.

I haven't compared numbers but it FEELS like bob and weave heals for more.
