Double-Edged Strike is unaffected by the tracery Area Effect Target Count. Not sure if this is intended, because the skill Flashing Blades does benefit from it.

Only FB affects by that legacy ...and doing this strange way...got 11 max targets
Been casual, been farmer, been raider- now farming to be casual raider
Main- burg Etheliar, and warden- Lilianwyn. Got some alts too eight, or nine.

I noticed this as well. However, it might be that we accidentally stacked the tracery to add 8 targets instead of 4 (Base of 3 Targets + 2*4 from Tracery = 11). So not sure if this really isn't working as intended.

Update
- As of Beta 2 the issue has been resolved.
We can keep using this thread for other issues regarding the burglar class and U30.3.
