LI conversion for DPS minstrel - not sure what to aim for with new system

Hi, I have mained a red-line minstrel for 10 years now and I have been putting off doing the LI conversion. I have two fully-maxxed imbued LIs that I set up for soloing the landscape. I'm level 130.

My skill rotation was heavy into Light Damage skills so my legacies supported that.

Is light damage still a thing?

What should I be aiming for in choosing the new items for my converted LI?

I'm hopelessly confused and afraid of choosing poorly.

Any tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

    Yes.

If you're going to continue with landscape, then no need for a healing LI set.

You will want range extension. Why? My mini has it, and most mobs die before they get to her.

Here are links that will explain the new LI system and provide help in deciding how you want to build the LI(s)

    Legendary Items Explained
DADAI'S LOTRO Guides - New Legendary System (U30.1)
    New Legendary Item System (U30.3)
    Tracery

There are many links in some of the above, strongly recommend you drill down along those links for more detailed information.
    Ujest - 140 Lore-master, Opun Tia – 107 Warden, Tummi - 105 Captain, Veneur - 75 Hunter, Cneasai - 66 Minstrel, plus alts and mules
Officer, Pipeweed and Ale, Arkenstone (formerly – Friends of Frodo, Vilya)

    and Star Citizen…

Thank you. I chose a sacrificial dwarf mini to be the first test subject, wish us luck as we head off to finish the Mirkwood expedition quests and move on to the Book 9 Epic prologue. I've put this off long enough!

Edited to add: He mowed thru the final instance like a pro! Thanks to everyone who put the time in to write up the new LI system.
