Leaves of Laurelin kinship is sponsoring a book club to read and discuss The Silmarillion. We meet on Saturdays at 8 pm server time (EST), in the Hall of Fire in Elrond's house.

The topic for February 12 will be Ainulindalë, The Music of the Ainur.

Please tell, is it still in progress?

Yes, we are taking it slowly, mainly one chapter each week. This Saturday, April 9, we will be discussing Chapter 8: Of the Darkening of Valinor.

There are six regular attendees, and four or five more who attend occasionally. We meet in the Hall of Fire in Elrond's house at 9 pm server time (United States Eastern Daylight Time).
