The Tolkien Estate website - https://www.tolkienestate.com/ - has been relaunched according to an article on The Guardian website. Some of the items, according to the article, are "unseen". There are paintings, photographs, draft manuscripts and letters, calligraphy and some audio and video files. I assume they've got this information from some kind of press release by the Tolkien Estate itself.

Saw this before, Its a nice updated Website, the FAQ page linked at very bottom is an interesting one.
