Minstrels of Middle Earth Festival Bots

Can something please be done about the bots that appear during festivals on Landroval? They're all in the Minstrels of Middle Earth kinship. I've sent tells and received no responses which leads me to believe there isn't a person actively behind the controls and they are on a non-stop, 24/7 looped sequence. I have reported them (currently no response from SSG) and put them on ignore, but I would like to see them go away

    COC and EULA

I couldn't find a current LotRO COC, but according to the Daybreak Games EULA:

"4.6 use, post, host or distribute cheats, hacks, mods, macros, "bots" or other programs which would allow unattended game play or which otherwise impact game play (including, without limitation, any program which enables or facilitates mining, character kills, or level increases) in connection with any Game(s);"

I believe this definitely applies to what is happening during festivals

What did you think putting them on ignore would accomplish? That works for chat only. The option you want is "player music".

I'm sure there are plenty of lore-focused players who get immersion from Minstrel bands, afk or not. Would you really take that away from them? Because this doesn't seem like a TOS issue for you - just a pet peeve that you want to deal with by quoting TOS.

Ignore mutes music from that player as well. This is not a proper band. Go and see for yourself. 4 Dwarves covering up the festival vendors and quest giver, playing 8 seconds of the same song on repeat. That is not a band. In fact, they are making it so a band can't play in the festival area which is something I would welcome

    Copycat trolls maybe?

Evernight has the same kin, but they're never covered NPC's and always played full songs. Sure one could accuse those too of using bots - During the first mid-summer there was one on the rafters literally day and night playing the same song on a loop - but never a hindrance.
