Bilbo, Frodo, Samwise, Pippen, and Merry. Are they Fallohides, harfoots, or stoors?
By the end of the Third Age there had been considerable mixing between the three groups of hobbits, so "all of them" is likely the most correct answer.
However, the Fallohides tended to be the leaders of hobbit groups, and even in Bilbo's time there were a strong Fallohidish strain among the more prominent families
of the Shire - among them the Tooks and the Brandybucks.
Bilbo, Frodo, Merry, and Pippin are all part Took and/or Brandybuck (and all related to each other one way or the other), so they would likely all have some Fallohid characteristics.
Sam's ancestry we know less about, but he is probably mainly harfoot.
