What to do with underlevelled traceries

OK, I'm just coming back from a 10 year hiatus, running around Moria, level 105 and still figuring out the LI system. The question I have is that I keep getting all these tracery drops that max out out 95, so I am unable to slot them and now they are just taking up space. What can I do with these?
