Any high levels for Ost Dunhoth (@65) Tier II?

After recently finding out that it is possible to get the old obsolete rewards at level 65, tier ii in the Poison/Disease wing of Ost Dunhoth, the issue remains to organise a crack team to get in, and get out with the goods. Ideally, are there any high levels who would be willing to Fellow to power through and succeed?

It would be a seven and a half year dream materialised to finally get that Cloak of the Misty Night!

This will only drop on Treebeard as its a challenge drop. The level 65 loot that drops from challenge chests can only be done when the cap is at 65 as challenge quests (and chests) only appear at level cap. Higher levels will be unable to carry you through this. That being said, OD is significantly easier on Treebeard at t2c than it used to be.

I personally can't attest to that, as I have yet to try (hence my attempt at organising a group).

If any Blue-names can confirm one way or another, that would be very much appreciated.

Anything that drops from t1 or non-challenge t2 chests it will drop. However, according to the wiki this item is a specific drop from t2c.

You aren't wrong, as I've said this still drops. However, according to the wiki it only drops on Tier 2 Challenge, which means this is only available on the legendary servers when their level cap reaches 65. Once you move past 65, the challenge chest becomes the next level cap. Therefore on Evernight, this will not drop, as the challenge chest is only available at 140. Tier 1 & 2 drops are still dropping, however you cannot gain CHALLENGE items. If this drops off the regular chest then yes you can get this at level 65.
