"Don't expect anything in the next two months" (9/16 at the time). It seems like they won't be adding a new fresh-start server unless they had some sort of new mechanic to show off, but may look into a sort of temporary overflow server.

I’ve been playing a lot of wow classic hitting that nostalgia train and let me tell you. I’ve been craving some old school lotro and would 100% come back if they brought in a server that started SoA and progressed to Moria. But would only do it if they released them how they were; no beornings, no pay to win gear, etc.
