Aquamarine Ring of Tactics Recipe (jeweller)

Hello,
I would like to collect all jeweller recipes available in the at the moment. I check the collected recipes with the help of the list of recipes on lotro-wiki.com.

I already collected all t1-t5 recipes and all from Minas Morgul and the fate of Gundabad expansions. Due to lotro-wiki I collected almost all t6 (Suprime, Moria) recipes except 1: Aquamarine Ring of Tactics Recipe (https://lotro-wiki.com/index.php/Ite...Tactics_Recipe). Due to lotro-wiki it drops from UNCOMMON (Yellow) scroll cases (https://lotro-wiki.com/index.php/Ite...er_Scroll_Case). I opened about 100 such scroll cases and this one recipe did not drop to me not once. I also tried to find this recipe in rare scroll cases from Skirmish Camp. But found only those which are in "Item Information - Rare" section of latest meant page (https://lotro-wiki.com/index.php/Ite...er_Scroll_Case). So, it was not successful.

I wrote a ticket into lotro support, but they redirected me to this forum.

So, maybe someone can say if he found this recipe or not. Or maybe someone knows that this recipe was available long ago, because he found it, but now it removed from the game.

P.S. I know that Developers remove sometimes items from the game, because I had a long age a list quests in my Quest log which were rewarded by different armor items from the same set, I wanted to collect the all to use them like an outfit. But when I come back I did not found these quests in my Quest Log. Although I hand all needed quest in my Quest Log before I Left the game. I wrote a question to support and the answered that these quests were removed from the game and ability to acquire this armor set.

That item is now an alternate output of the regular ring recipe of same level.
