Do you have all of the materials? If so, I have a tailor and won't charge anything to do the stuff.

What time of the day do you typically play on Gladden? I.e what server times?

Took a quick glance and looks like it requires "Friend" status with the Galledhrim. I don't think I have that on my tailor since he was a crafting alt and I never really grind rep on them.
