Pretty silly that its a quest pack with no landmass and you're not calling it part of the Expansion. As it was, the expansion was very light on group instance content.

Grodis is has too much HP and killing 30 drakes to make it angry is too much

Hi, looks like the new boss is Bugged resets gets stuck after like 2 min dmg taken.
is all over the place spawnd like 100m away and flew back and is now stuck

Edit- dunno if it resets coz we didnt kill the 30 drakes bevore, but then this is actually a day job to kill 30 npc with 4-5 mil hp and then the boss with almost 600mil this is too much.

Plus the amoount of Hp is insane to make it so the last one who does dmg gets the kill.... since freeps have mass stunns i see really bad things happen.
and it´s acutally super boring to clap this dragon it does not even look impressive for such a boss can you change to model to a bigger dragon??

Power rework semes fine on Freeps you catually need a LM again but Creeps have still the same usage nothing changed.
Beo is not affected by this changes at all. stronges freep now i guess.

It will be even more silly if they want money from content without landmass. Don't give SSG bad ideas.

I'm fine with the captain and power changes overall, but I'm not a fan at all of the Press Onward nerf for hunters. It's not like a hunter needs a short term minor run speed boost, and it hardly makes up for no longer having any power restored. My hunter with his middling morale of almost 540k is currently healing 153703 morale on live. On BR, it was listed as a range of 118403-131558. Guess I'll just have to use blood arrow more...

That's why it was a mini-xpac that only cost $20 for the base version instead of the usual $40.

OMG! That's going to take some getting used to. Rivendell has been almost entirely the same for all 16+ years of this game's playable existence.

Blue Line Trait Second Wind moved to tier 1 for easy access to other lines, its upgrades were moved up to t4 to make those more expensive for non-tanks to access.
Mighty Roar Now inflicts physical damage and has been scaled up considerably.
Fixed Fervour tooltip display of skill damage bonus.
I thought the Mighty Roar buff was buffing Born for Combat cause I mixed up the names (tbf the skills are very similar), and then I was very sad that Born for Combat still does sad amounts of damage. Seriously please buff it as well, I don't like having useless traits and skills it is very saddening. That being said the might roar buff is quite nice.

    My Feedback:

    - The changes to the athletic stun for the champion sprint will give champions a 0% chance to stop a creep from marching away. Probably the same for guardians. If you goal is to banish solo and small scale PvMP, this is the way to go. There will be no possible way from stopping a creep running away from you in march (if farther away than 15 meters). On the other hand almost every creep class has a skill to dismount a freep from range: BA has the scream, Reaver has a 200% sprint+blade toss knockdown, spider has a ranged root + daze, warg has a 200% sprint and out of stealth stun, defiler has this channel skill you can spam to dismount. Ways to fix it: make horn of champion or at least the bow skill stun a creep from distance, or reduce the range on champions duel to keep making it stunning.
    - The quest in the ettenmoors are not updated at all for 50% of the quests. Nobody will bother to kill a tyrant for 250 commendations. It is not like killing a tyrant (especially on freep side) is easy and it is almost impossible during times you can actually bring together the people to fight through an aggregated health pool of 300-500 millions (tyrants and chieftains). Please adjust all the other quests too (for example turning in scout badges). Also, didn't you say to increase the renown/infamy gain from quests as well? where is this change?
    - Can you please turn back on raidloot in the ettenmoors? How are we supposed to receive loot from raids bosses if they don't drop in a raid anymore. I am speaking of tyrant lashes, chieftain seals to turn in for quests as well as many other smaller items with a higher drop chance from higher ranked npc's.
    - The Grodris fight I guess is fine. But in order to make her feel like an actual raidboss, please scale the size of her character model at least by a factor of 3. It doesnt really feel epic or nice to kill a regular sized 540million hp mob. Make her at least as large as hrimil.
    - The new Isendeep would feel much nicer if you redesign the place to look more haunted and corrupted. It doesnt really look like a place infested by drakes. Just a regular mine with some drake npc's.
    - It looks like you did not think this power revamp through on creepside. A defiler can basically take your entire power with a 5 second rotation and keeps it at 0. A spider can drain your power withing like 15 seconds and keeps it a 0. The WL Banner will virtually reduce the power regen of any non caster class to 0. Warg has a unremovable debuff that will make you run out of power. Creeps also don't have power issues at all.

    thanks

Omg, that new look for Rivendell... It is so gorgeous! It blew me away! It looks more alive and lived in with the decor and clutter and new textures imo. Oh, I must go pay a visit now and explore. I do hope to see other older areas get revamped/retexured/get a facelift overtime. *Crosses fingers*

The current version of Last Homely House, in live servers, is already beautiful. How can this change be needed? Is this a teaser of upcoming premium elven houses & new elven style decorations? Oh well, have to see the result on all spaces of the building 1st.

Only 30 adds required? Sound like exactly the same mechanic, of the 2 old & probably forgotten, Hidden Gems raids of Angmar.

    * Self-Motivation's morale heal is now a ratings-based heal rather than a percentage of your max morale.

^^ What does 'ratings-based' heal mean? Does this mean that if an RK is not in blue line, their SM heal is much less than it would be otherwise?

There was a mention in one of the +Cord of the Rings streams about some 'old area' getting a revamp for u35. It can't be that the HOUSE alone is considered an 'area'? Is the whole Rivendell valley getting a revamp? Or is this just a side project of something else getting a revamp?

The original dungeon shell for The Last Homely House was problematic in that each part of it was just one big piece. It made lighting it very difficult, and with the introduction of Per Pixel Lighting, it further put emphasis on how hard lighting the space is. With that interior being even more important now than it once was due to the prior revamp of the Legendary Item system, we felt it was important to undertake the exercise of breaking it up into a more modular set of pieces that can be better lit, offer more flexibility in construction (especially if we decide to build more elf-centered interiors in Rivendell and beyond), and give the interior a bit more detail both in deco and lighting that we couldn't previously because of the restrictions the old dungeon shells imposed on us.

Could we see improvements to more landmark-ish locations that new players might be drawn to? The Prancing Pony could use a facelift for instance.

Something like that is not out of the question but not specifically on our radar at the moment.

I like it how it is, but if you do an update, please don't pack it with patrons. Those new hobbit taverns have more hobbits in side than there are hobbit homes in the towns the taverns reside. Eriador is supposed to be depopulated, but those newer taverns look like NYC nightclubs on a saturday night.

The proposed changes for RK really worry me. Speaking only from the perspective of a soloing lightening RK in the Moors. These changes add a lot to our DPS (I think too much), but we won't live long enough to use it with the nerf to SM. How about cutting back on the DPS to around 5% increases, and if SM is going to be nerfed, remove Writ of Lightening as a C&R orb consumer?

RK in dps spec, self-motivation - 218K morale
RK in healing spec, self-motivation - 278K morale

It's really lower when 30% on live servers, and can really hurt their survivability. Especially if they get hit by -healing debuff from mobs.

This would be nice one day, but hopefully not too many NPCs, its nice to have some, but like the new shire Inns it feels a bit too crowded, and there should be a good balance on how many NPCs, so player if wanted too they can use the space as well.

Any chance we can get some more under-the-hood information about how 'dungeon shells' work?

It's really easy to test the impact of this. Take a lightening RK and try to complete the 'In a Spot of Trouble' quest in Grothum. I'm thinking the NPCs will eat that RK alive. They might get out alive if they use C&R.
