These bugs/oversights are related to how the yellow guard debuffs interact with other abilities.

Firstly the set trait 'mark of permanence' is supposed to make debuffs to marked targets be permanent which is mostly true however this has issues with the trait ‘radiate’ which is supposed to copy marks and debuffs to nearby targets.

Currently when radiate spreads debuffs it will copy the mark and grant the enemy with mark of permanence on any directly applied debuffs but the debuffs applied by radiate will never become permanent even on subsequent uses.

This means that the miss chance can never become permanent or empowered on multiple targets and getting the 2 stagger abilities permanent and empowered on multiple targets is basically impossible.

The second problem this causes is that the non permanent and permanent debuffs can be spread from extra targets to the original target by radiate and because these debuffs that are spread are not permanent or empowered there are instances of the weaker non-permanent debuffs replacing permanent ones on the main target.

This causes a radiate stagger attack duration debuff to replace the permanent one which is especially annoying as this is the hardest debuff to apply.

Currently you can also have multiple of the same debuff(miss chance and outgoing at least) from the same guardian on the same mob e.g. a permanent one a ‘radiate’ spread one and a ‘cataclysmic shout’ spread one which does not have much effect and probably isn't intended?

‘Cataclysmic shout’ also spreads debuffs and has the exact same problems except its debuffs would never be permanent in the first place and it doesn't spread the light damage mark in the first place which is intended but it would be nice if it did so that if this bug was fixed the debuffs spread would actually become permanent.

Cataclysmic shout also seems to remove permanent movements speed debuffs on the non original marked target as well as the attack duration from before.

Also the set trait ‘manifest ire’ cannot be spread or made permanent even though it is a non damaging debuff but again I think this is intended and it's not like it's even that useful anyway since ‘stagger’ and ‘engage’ provide greater effects.

The set trait ‘incapacitation’ increases the potency of debuffs on marked targets by 100% and even though it is intended it doesn't suggest that it doesn't stack with the earlier 50% set trait.

Are these oversights or bugs or just intended or am I missing something that other guards know?

Also bring back the ability for secondary marked targets to spread light damage as even the current ‘flash of light’ description still mentions that any marked target should work.
