The link to the account support forum in the description of this forum (LOTRO Store Feedback) is broken, busted, kaput.

I did find the help.standingstonegames.com and filed a report. I am still waiting for a response, although they did manage to charge the same credit card for my VIP subscription.

Yep, that one leads to a black hole, another vestige from the old forums. The link I provided does work, and can be used, or you can use the “Submit a Bug” button on the heavy gray banner above.

There was some talk a few years ago about a rework of the forums. Maybe someday it will happen, after all, though irritating, it is a minor bug.

As for a response, you may have to wait a few weeks, or may never receive a response. Hopefully, your 'bug report' has gone into the file of things to be fixed.
